Refunds Policy

Up to 7 full days prior to departure there will be a 75% refund. Within 7 days - no refund applies.

Festivals & Special Events: Special conditions may apply to non standard departures (e.g. Festive & Easter packages). Up to 15 full days prior to departure there will be a 50% refund. Within 14 days - no refund applies.

Tour price includes ferry crossing

Accommodation is automatically reserved for you whilst on tour. Hostels cost approx £15/€20 per person per night, plus an additional charge for breakfast.

Tour return times are approximate, due to traffic, roadworks, weather or even breakdown. We cannot promise to return you to Edinburgh at an exact time so if you are making onward travel plans please bear this in mind. If possible we suggest that you stay in Edinburgh on the night after a tour. This will also allow you to socialise with and say goodbyes to the rest of the group. If you do need to leave that evening, it is always best to make your departure plans for as late as possible.

Celtic Adventures cannot refund or replace any onward travel tickets in the event of the tour's late return (but will always find you accommodation in such circumstances).
